Our Practice Manager has over 20 years experience in General Practice. She is responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the practice. This includes overseeing the appointments system, GP and reception staff rotas; dealing with enquiries and complaints in line with relevant guidelines. She is ever willing to engage with our patients and pivotal in ensuring the efficient running of the practice so as to optimise the delivery of appropriately directed care for all.

They will undertake the booking of appointments, handle repeat prescription requests and will do their utmost to attend to your queries. On occasions they may ask you to provide additional information in order for them to process your task in the most efficient manner. They all respect your privacy and are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses; so they may need to enquire if you have the appropriate written authority to be able to discuss details about a third party.They may also be able to furnish you with specific test results and reports if authorised by your doctor. However please bear in mind that most tests take at least 1 week to return from the laboratories (more complicated investigations, take longer), whilst hospital reports and out-patient letters frequently take in excess of 3 weeks to arrive at the surgery.
